The most powerful battleship in the world

The most powerful aircraft carrier in the world is making its way slowly through a dark foggy sea at night. Visibility was extremely poor. Whenever the aircraft carrier noticed another ship (from the other ship’s light) it would give the order to the other ship to ‘change your direction, to the right’.

Of course, the other ship would quickly comply and the aircraft carrier would sail grandly on. After about an hour of ordering other ships to change direction, the captain of the aircraft carrier noticed another light in the darkness.

So he gave the order, “Change your direction, to the right’.

To his surprise, the reply was, “Sorry, sir. I can’t change direction. You HAVE to go to the right.”

“What the sh**?Do you know I am steering the most powerful battleship in the world?”

To his surprise, the reply was, “Yes, I know”.

“Then, CHANGE your direction to the right. Otherwise, you know what will happen!”

“I know what will happen, sir. I am in charge of the lighthouse.”
