Horse-drawn Carriage

Besides bulls, horses were also used to pull carts and carriages. Though a horse
is not as strong as a bull, it is much stronger than a man. And, as far as speed is
concerned, the horse is able to run much faster than a man or a bull.

Compared to other modes of land transport at that time the horse-drawn carriage
was faster, went further and was more comfortable than the rickshaw or bullock
cart.

Perhaps the most well-known horse-drawn carriage in the world is the one that
carried Cinderella to the ball. Not as well-known is the one that carried Queen
Elizabeth the Second to her coronation.
